“Programmed Property Services NZ are a large commercial painting business throughout NZ, my responsibilities are to the Hawkes Bay/ Gisborne regions.
To keep this team going and growing we have an admin team that includes 2 full time sales people. In recent years we have struggled for consistency in our quoting levels and success has been to variable when closing sales opportunities. That put direct pressure on our branch performance across our business for a number of years.
