I became a Branch Manager of New Zealand for my company which saw me move from Australia as a Technical Sales Person. I lacked the confidence in selling our product as well as having no selling structure within the branch.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brett and his team for 2-3 months. In this short time my confidence has grown in approaching new customers by following the Sales Impact sales methods.
Our sales team now has a good structure to build a good relationship with new customers and continue our good after sale service to existing customers.
Since following Sales Impact NZ’s methods we have had two of the biggest sales for our New Zealand branch. Each sale at $100,000.
From those two sales we now have contacts with Structural Engineers as well as Mechanical Engineers to help promote our tolling for the meat industry nationally and internationally.
The biggest change we have noticed was taking our GP from 35% to 47% making our New Zealand branch one of the highest profitable branches world wide.
Having achieved such good targets by working with Sales Impact has lead me to be promoted to Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
I look forward to taking these methods back home and implementing them in Australia.
